Australian poet,widely regarded as one of the countries great poets and balladeers,nicknamed The Bard of the Bush.His greatest claim to fame,is the ballard,Waltzing Matilda,often considered Australia's unofficial National Anthem. His other notable works,included The Man From Snowy River,Clancy of the Overflow,and Rio Grande's Last Race,among others.
