Eddie Linden (Publisher)
Summary:
Born John Edward Glackin in Motherwall on 5 May 1935, Eddie Linden grew up in Bellshill, Lanarkshire, and moved to London in the late 1950s, where he published the renowned long-running poetry journal Aquarius, and also wrote his own poems, which have been published in two collections, City of Razors (1980) and A Thorn in the Flesh (2011). He was also active in the Catholic Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, and co-founded the Simon Community, a homeless charity. Also known as Eddie S. Linden.
